Calibrating Tank: Vacuum calibration stabilizes pipe diameter and wall thickness. well designed vacuum system and water cooling system can achieve fast calibrating and cooling for high speed production
Water Cooling Tank: Rapid cooling solidifies pipes while maintaining structural integrity. 2 sets water cooling tank, ensure pipe fully cooling
Printer: Marks pipes with logos, specifications, or safety standards. Laser Printer or Ink Printer for HDPE Pipe Production
Haul-Off: Automated traction unit maintains steady pipe movement.
Cutter: Programmable cutting for exact lengths, minimizing waste.
Stacker: Automated stacking for organized output.
Double Position Winder: Ideal for 20–63mm pipes, enabling continuous production with dual reel switching.
Single Position Winder: Handles larger diameters up to 110mm
