1.Material Mixer：High-speed hot & cold mixing。
Blends natural fibers, polymer resins, heat stabilizers, lubricants, and processing aids into a homogeneous compound ready for extrusion.
2.Conical Double Screw Extruder：High-torque plasticization。
Melts and plasticizes the raw mixture under precise temperature control, delivering strong shear force and consistent output rate.
3.Extrusion Mould：Precision shaping。
Forces the molten compound through custom-designed dies to form the exact width, thickness, and profile of the target panel.
4.Vacuum Calibrating Table：Surface & dimension control。
Rapidly cools and sets the board profile using vacuum suction and liquid cooling, ensuring exact dimensions and flat surfaces.
5.Cooling Frame：Stress relief & gradual cooling。
Provides extended air or water cooling to stabilize internal stresses and prevent panel deformation.
6.Haul-Off Machine：Stable traction。
Utilizes synchronized caterpillar treads to smoothly pull the continuous board through the line without slipping or distortion.
7.Automatic Cutter：Precise sizing
Employs a dust-free tracking saw to cut the moving board to precise pre-set lengths accurately.
8.Stacker：Automated discharge。
Collects, stacks, and aligns the finished NFC boards automatically for easy packaging and transport.
